Electronic Test & Measurement Company was established in 2002 by its Owner & Founder Mr. Vijay Khare however, operations ceased in 2011.

The company specializes in developing Microcontroller based Embedded Solutions in the following areas: Cable Fault Location, Battery Testing & Safety. We do the end-to-end design and implementation of embedded products which includes the Software and Hardware design.

The embedded products have been supplied to various Public Sector Undertakings and Industries.
Cable Fault Locators
The Cable Fault Locating Products Division manufactures a complete range of Cable Fault Locators suitable for use on LT/HT power cables and Telecom cables. We use the pulse echo and potential distribution techniques to locate the distance to faults in the cables. Associated equipment like Multicore Cable Identification Systems and Cable Route Tracers are also available.

Battery Testing Products
The Battery Testing Products Division manufacturers equipment for testing and monitoring batteries and battery banks used in telephone exchanges, railways, power stations, photo voltaic installations, defence or automotive applications. The products include Battery Impedance Tester, Battery Health Checkers and Artificial Constant Current Battery Bank Load Test Discharger.

Safety Products
The Safety Products Division manufactures Digital Earth Resistance Testers along with the Soil Resistivity measurement feature. Non-contact products for electrical trouble shooting are available such as Magnetic Field Meters, AC Line Voltage Detectors and Multicore Cable Conductor Identification System.
